I was born in Nanaimo and first licensed as a REALTOR® in 1981 and have been primarily involved in the sales of Residential and Condominium properties over the years. I have been a shareholder and director of the CRG Mortgage Investment Corporation since its inception in 1997. I met my wife Wendy in high school and have been married to her since 1985. We have 3 wonderful daughters, all married along with two grandchildren. Hobby interests include Cars and old Volkswagens, camping, mountain biking and photography.

Dave Curry was originally licensed as a REALTOR® in June of 1973. He subsequently completed the Urban Land Economics Diploma course through UBC and is a past member of the Professional Division of the Real Estate Institute of BC and was also a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada. Mr. Curry spent most of his real estate career as a branch manager and in 2000 moved to mortgage origination and has been a licensed Mortgage Broker since that time. Dave also holds a Managing Brokers license under the Real Estate Services Act.

Born in Nelson, BC and raised in North Vancouver, I moved my family to Nanaimo in 1986 to start a career in asset based lending in July of 1986. In 2003 was appointed Chief Operating Officer and then in 2006 President & CEO of the company. During this period was also involved in the formation and day to day operations of the company’s 3 mortgage investment corporations and a Provincially incorporated trust company. Experience in corporate governance, creation of lending policies and audit committee charters. Creation and implementation of FINTRAC and PCMLTFA reporting policies under the Terrorist Financing Act along with various other public and private company procedure and policy manuals, preparation and filing of evergreen prospectuses, and reporting to both the British Columbia Securities Commission and Financial Institutions Commission. Also have experience in commercial property management and was responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations of 2 commercial properties housing an aggregate of 12 businesses including liaising with contractors and maintenance personnel, lease negotiations and oversight of tenant improvements. Became a licensed REALTOR® in 2010 and was voted “Most Professional REALTOR®, Coast Realty Group Nanaimo & Ladysmith” 2014 – Graduate of The Pursuit of Excellence series
